Diwa, Zugaerodynamik, and more…

The BIT GmbH has developed a worldwide unique experimental method with a moving land vehicle models in water: Diwa (Drag measurement in a water tank). By Dragging a on rails-run model of the test bench of the BIT GmbH enables the accurate determination of the aerodynamic resistance of long model geometries at high Reynolds and realistic Simulation of the ground effects. In addition, transient effects, such as the analysis of Bugdruckwellen and Slipstream are possible.
